Christmas Open House & Gift Shop Sale
Our Annual Christmas Open House and Gift
Shop Sale will be held for two weekends this year. The first is November
29 through December 2, 2007. Thursday and Friday evening hours
are from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m.
The first floor period rooms of the original farmhouse will be festively decorated
with a Victorian flair. Please visit us and do some of your Christmas shopping
in the Museum Gift Shop, where you can find unique gifts, including history and
educational books, lovely Victorian items and a variety of museum souvenir items.
Hand-thrown pottery, unique sewn decorative pieces, and homemade candles are
a few of the wonderful gift items that will be available from local crafts people
on the second floor during the open house.
